Accessibility Statement

1. What we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That covers colour contrast, keyboard use, text size, and pages working with a screen reader.

2. What we have done

Pages are built to be read in order and used with a keyboard alone. Text contrast is checked against the standard. Text resizes without the layout breaking. Images and controls carry text descriptions.

3. Where we know we fall short

The Google Maps embed on the contact page and in the footer is a third party component and we do not control how accessible it is. The address and phone number are always available as plain text next to it, so nothing is only reachable through the map.

Some data tables are wide and scroll sideways on a small screen. They are readable, but scrolling a table on a phone is not comfortable.

If any part of the site or the platform does not work for you, email support@storelocatorsoftware.co and say what you were trying to do and what happened. We treat these as bugs rather than requests.

If you need something on the site in a different format, ask and we will provide it.
