Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Local SEO Tool software. They are written to be read, so the important parts are in plain English rather than buried.

Last updated August 2026

1. Who you are agreeing with

Local SEO Tool is software operated by TOTOSLOCAL ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, Sky Privlion, 501, Nipania, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. In these terms, we and us mean that company, and you means the person or business using the software.

By starting a trial, creating an account or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

2. What the service is

A subscription to online software for managing local search presence. It includes tools for rank tracking, Google Business Profile management, review handling, reporting and location pages.

It is software you use yourself. We are not acting as your marketing agency and we do not carry out the work for you unless we agree that separately in writing.

We add and change features over time. We will not remove something central to what you are paying for without telling you first.

3. Your free trial

New accounts get a three day free trial of the platform. No payment is taken during the trial.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your first billing period starts when the trial ends and payment is taken for that period.

One trial per business. We may decline a trial if it looks like a repeat of one already used.

4. Fees and billing

The subscription is priced per location per month. Adding people to your account does not cost extra.

Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Taxes are added where they apply.

If you add locations part way through a period, they are billed from the next period. If you remove locations, the lower amount applies from the next period.

If a payment fails we will try again and let you know. If it keeps failing we may suspend access until it is settled.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

We do not refund periods that have already started, because you can try the whole platform free first. Our refund policy sets out the cases where we do refund, and nothing in it removes rights you have under consumer law.

6. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to.

Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has them.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the account must be for a business.

7. Connecting your Google Business Profile

Some features need access to a Google Business Profile. You confirm you own the profiles you connect or are authorised to manage them.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google terms and policies. We cannot override them, and we are not responsible for actions Google takes on your listing.

8. What you may not do

Our acceptable use policy forms part of these terms. In short: no fake reviews, no filtering who gets asked for a review, no false business details, and no working around the fair use limits on the free tools.

Breaking that policy can lose you the account, and in most cases it would put your Google listing at risk long before it put your account at risk.

9. AI features

Some features produce drafts using AI. Those drafts are suggestions and nothing is published until you decide to publish it.

You are responsible for what you publish, including anything that started as an AI draft. Our AI page explains what data is sent and to whom.

10. No guarantee of rankings

Search rankings depend on many things outside our control, including how search engines work and what your competitors do.

The software measures and manages your local presence. It does not guarantee a position, an amount of traffic, or an amount of revenue, and nobody honestly can.

Any figures, examples or case studies we publish describe what happened for somebody else. They are not a promise about what will happen for you.

11. Your data

Your business data stays yours. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.

We use it to run the service for you, and we use anonymous aggregate information to improve the product.

You can export your data while your account is active. Our privacy policy covers what we hold, who processes it and for how long.

12. Our data and our software

The software, the interface and everything we have written stay ours. Your subscription is permission to use it, not a transfer of ownership.

You may not copy, resell or rebuild the software, or present its output as your own product. Reports carrying your branding are the exception, and that is the point of them.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and we do maintenance at quiet times where we can.

We do not promise uninterrupted access. Parts of the service depend on other companies, including Google, and an outage at their end can affect what we can do.

If we do not make the service available to you at all for a sustained period, that is one of the cases where we refund.

14. Third party services

The platform depends on other providers, listed on our sub processors page. Where a feature relies on one of them, its behaviour depends on them too.

We are not responsible for those providers changing their terms, their pricing or their data.

15. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including fraud.

Beyond that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business or indirect losses.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Local search results move for many reasons. A change in your rankings is not by itself something we are liable for.

16. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account for non payment, for breaking the acceptable use policy, or where use is unlawful or puts other customers at risk.

Where it is reasonable to, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You can close your account at any time by cancelling.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.

The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Before anything formal, email support@storelocatorsoftware.co. Most disputes turn out to be a billing question or a misunderstanding about what a feature does, and both are quicker to fix directly.
